Global Manufacturing Group – T/O UK £100m

UK division of Global manufacturing group, undergoing programme of change and implementation of new systems and processes. This new role within the organisation  required the appointment of a Senior Executive Manufacturing Director to take responsibility for the successful development of the site and to carry out the UK change programme as part of a global initiative.

The appointment was successfully completed within 8 weeks of commencement.  DSA Executive were then retained to recruit a new Managing Director for the European operation.
