UK Division of 6bn Euro Global Logistics Business.
Current MD moving away from the business. Brief to recruit an MD that could move seamlessly into the business and continue with the growth, development and process improvement. At the same time, fitting the company’s unique culture whilst adopting an Entrepreneurial style.
Search was conducted to identify potential candidates and new incumbent successfully
appointed within 8 weeks of sign off. DSA included Leadership Profiles and Psychometric Assessment to assist in selection stages with full feedback offered to candidates.
Transition Coaching was also offered to the new appointment and to the outgoing MD.
