£80m Turnover Retail and Wholesale company (UK base)

CEO engaged DSA to assess Senior Management and Board for current and expected performance and design a programme to identify potential weaknesses and strengths with the objective of maximising performance.

Psychometric Assessment was used to identify working styles and skill levels and as a basis for future planning including succession, skills training and management ability.

CEO reported back increase in efficiencies and overall managerial competency, thereby improving overall performance in relation to job satisfaction, timing and staff engagement.
