UK Division of 6bn Euro Global Logistics Business.
Current UK MD stepping down after successful expansion of the corporate logisitcs and supply chain business. DSA Executive brief was to recruit an MD that could move seamlessly into the business and continue with the growth, development and process improvement. At the same time, fitting the company’s unique culture whilst adopting an Entrepreneurial style of managment.
DSA delivered a highly confidential Retained Executive Search to identify potential candidates and the new incumbent was successfully appointed within 8 weeks of commenceent. DSA included Leadership Profiles and Psychometric Assessment to assist in selection stages with full feedback and career transition coaching offered to all candidates. The company details remained confidential at the first and second stages of DSA Executive interviews which required the highest levels of confidence working under agreed non-disclosure policies for all parties.
Transition Coaching was included as part of the Retained Executive Search package to both the incoming and outgoing Managing Directors.
DSA continue to work with the business to recruit and develop Senior Managers and Executives across the Freight, Supply Chain and Contract Logistics divisions.
