Opportunity to join a UK based financial advisory and support body as Non-Executive Director.  The role is an opportunity to be co-opted to the board and contribute to the governance and strategic direction of the organisation moving forward.   Whilst experience in a financial institution or background in this area is beneficial, more importantly, you will fully understand the organisation’s position on ethical issues and in promoting a diverse board in a sustainable environment.   You should have previous experience in a senior / executive leadership role and be able to work as part of a cohesive, forward thinking team within regulatory and institutional guidelines. It is expected that the role will require 3 to 4 days per month and will be renumerated accordingly.  Remote working is possible although in-person meetings (when permitted) will be required from time to time.
