From our own experience, we know only too well how great candidates can fall by the wayside due to poor recruitment processes. Employers have to appreciate just how much hard work goes in to researching those “hard to find” stars and nurturing them to the point that they can’t wait to join your company!
But just when they are all ready to jump ship and start a new role, the process stops mid way and trails in to the distance…. the poor candidate is left feeling dejected, bewildered and frustrated. Time is of the essence and so too is the realisation that the best candidates are scarce.. and they dont need to join your company if they dont want to!!
