Specialist Search into the UK, USA and Europe.

US owned Aerospace business – T/O £1bn

Requirement for highly technical staff for senior roles within a leading aerospace manufacturer. The brief was to seek and secure staff with expert ability in a very small field of technical expertise. The search was limited to a defined target market in the UK and needed to be extended to Europe and the USA, which presented further challenges. This highly technical search required approaches to academia and related experts to assess the availability and location of such experts. Two candidates were identified and accepted by the client as matching their requirements.
