Recently acquired £75m T/O Express Distribution Business

High profile business, recently acquired by new owners. Restructure and appointment of a new Board of Directors and Deputy Directors. The assignment required a targeted search into competitor businesses. The challenge was to recruit the best available talent in the market into a business that had recently been acquired; this presented an additional set of challenges, particularly in attracting the best candidates into a business that was embarking on a major change and restructuring programme in a highly competitive industry sector.
