Privately owned £95m T/O Manufacturing business
Chairman and MD seeking to move aside from the business and new MD to be appointed. Internal and external applicants were considered and offered the same opportunity to apply for the role. Each prospective candidate was asked to complete an indepth personality profile which focused on Leadership and Management competencies. This was supported by indepth competency interviews which complemented the personality profile. Reports were then produced for each candidate enabling the Chairman and senior executives to reach a measured decision regarding the appropriate appointee.
