We are currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a large service based and facilities management company based in the Midlands region. This is an opportunity to work in a critical support services and business partnering HR role, working closely with all functions of the business. The role will be responsible for offering generalist HR support to a wide range of managers and company personnel, including finance, operations, technical and commercial teams.
To join this progressive business, you should have a wide knowledge of HR, ideally gained within a service led business and this could potentially be from a call centre, shared service or similar volume support role. You will have a good understanding and practical experience of a wide range of HR issues including ER, L & D, recruitment and grievance procedures and you be able to build strong, long term relationships at all levels.
You should also be highly customer focused and not task-driven as this is a HR partnering role that is not purely focused on the day to day activities of the business.
The role offers an excellent package including bonus and the potential to progress. Ideally, you will be CIPD qualified or progressing towards CIPD status.
