Exciting opportunity to join a leading specialist training and membership organisation who are undergoing a period of strategic change and restructure.

The role will be responsible for driving the business and instigating new innovations, direction and growth within the organisation and for leading, developing and motivating a strong and passionate support team.

To apply for this role, you should ideally already hold, or have held, a CEO or senior MD position within a service based organisation such as education, government and public bodies, public sector, , professional institutions, charitable or not for profit sectors.   You will have a proven track record in leading and developing teams, developing and implementing strategy and driving and supporting new business growth.   If you have experience in a membership organisation or professional institute, this will also be highly beneficial.

In addition, you should be a great communicator and motivator and overall, a leader that can create and build brilliant teams who will share your passion and commitment to upholding and developing the professional standing of this organisation.
