The Election is almost upon us and we have been hearing how some companies have experienced a marked slowdown in business.  This has been across all industry sectors but most markedly, in manufacturing.  There is bound to be some uncertainty but we thought that the recent article published on today’s HR Grapevine gave a really good insight into what just might (or might not!) happen.
